Standard service = 4-8 business days for delivery
Express service = 2-3 business days for delivery

We offer flat shipping rates for all of Australia & NZ... and here they are!
• Standard Shipping (4-8 Business days) = $8.95
• Express Shipping (2-3 Business days) = $12.95
• Standard Shipping (8-15 Business days) = $15.00
For our Australian mates, we also have FREE SHIPPING for orders over $75! (We gotchu 🤝)
We currently only ship to Australia & New Zealand 🦘🥝
Unfortunately, shipping to any other country costs us a darn fortune!
If you are located outside of Australia or NZ but desperately want to get your hands on some spicy gear, we would be more than happy to provide you a shipping quote. Just drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the items you want to order.
When you place an order with us you will receive an order confirmation email containing you order number number and details of the purchase.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email from us with an Australia Post tracking number and a link where you can follow your items through the postage jungle.

We're happy when you're happy! 😁 If there is an issue with your order, or for any reason you are not happy with your Spicy produce, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 weeks of receiving your product and one of our baboons will happily assist with your enquiry.
Ordered the wrong size? No problem!
Shoot us an email or call within 14 days of receiving your spicy merch and we will organise an exchange. Please include your order number, name of product and the size you would like exchanged.
Not at least 98% happy with the quality of your clothing? Then we are not happy either!
Contact us within 14 days of receiving and for all valid complaints we will provide you with a full refund.
All returned items must be unworn and unwashed for us to process an exchange or refund. You are required to pay the postage back to our HQ.

Due to the nature of personalised products, we are not able to provide exchanges or offer refunds if you change your mind after the product has been shipped.
If the personalised printed product is in any way faulty or damaged we will of course organise a replacement to be shipped to you express!

If there is an issue with an item you have ordered, or for any reason you are not happy with the product you've received, please email email@example.com within 2 weeks of receiving.
You may exchange an item as long as the product hasn’t been used or damaged.
Get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know your order number and what the situation is. For exchanges you will be required to pay for postage back to us.
Email is one of the fastest methods to get a response and all emails are automatically placed in our internal support portal for our team to see.
